When searching on the Internet, you will want to carefully evaluate the sources you find.

Take a look at our Evaluating Internet Sources guide for help identifying reliable information.  Our Evaluating Source Quality page has even more information on identifying appropriate resources for your level of research.

Many assignments require scholarly research.  Our How Do I Find Peer-Reviewed Articles guide has criteria to help you determine whether the articles you've found could be considered scholarly.  It also has instructions on using Ulrichsweb to determine if a journal uses the peer-review process.

The best place to start your searches for peer-reviewed, scholarly, articles is the Capella University Library.  We have 10,000s of peer reviewed journals in our research databases.
