The most common reasons that learners do not receive their article requests are:

1) A learner may not be checking the email address used on the interlibrary loan form.

2) The email may have gone to their spam folder.

When your article is ready we send an email to the email address submitted on your interlibrary loan form. For most users this is their Capella University email address.

If you would like the material sent to a different email address, you will need to change the information on file with Capella.  You can do this on Personal Information section of iGuide.

It is possible that your email may have flagged these messages as spam.  Be sure to check your spam folder for the emails.  You may want to flag these emails as not spam and also add noreply@box.com to your contact list or “safe sender” list to make sure that future messages are received properly.
